Dr. Solomon Leiro Letangule, EBS. is the Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Water Institute (KEWI), where he provides strategic leadership and drives operational efficiency and cost-effective water resource management while promoting institutional accountability and sustainable practices. 

He holds a Ph.D., in Business Administration (Strategic Management) and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management and Leadership. Dr. Letangule has over 15 years of experience in public service leadership, having held senior positions including Director at the Kenya School of Government and Assistant Director for Performance Management in the Kenyan Judiciary.

Renowned for his commitment to innovation, integrity, and societal development, he has consulted and developed Strategic Plans, Organization Reviews, Performance Management Systems, and Quality Management Systems in both the public and private sectors. He is also an adjunct lecturer, a respected and renowned figure in both public service governance and academia having authored books and articles published in various international Journals.
